1. General Introduction
Welcome to Culture & Curd. By accessing our website, booking a cheese-making or fermentation masterclass, or purchasing items from our shop, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. These conditions apply to all visitors, students, and buyers.
2. Masterclass Bookings & Cancellations
All masterclass spots are confirmed only upon full payment. We understand that plans change; you may reschedule your class attendance up to 14 days before the scheduled start date without penalty. If you are unable to attend and miss the rescheduling window, you are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.
Culture & Curd reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class due to instructor illness or other unavoidable circumstances. In such rare events, you will be offered a priority transfer to a future date or a full refund.
3. Shop Orders, Cultures & Kits
We take immense pride in the vitality and quality of our fermentation starters, artisan cheeses, and equipment. Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of live cultures and food items, we cannot accept returns on these products once they have left our facility.
If your physical tools or supplies arrive damaged, or if you suspect an issue with a culture packet, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a prompt replacement or find a suitable resolution.
4. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They can be redeemed against any masterclass booking or physical product available in our shop. Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and change will not be given for partial usage, though the remaining balance will stay active until the expiration date.
5. Safety & Allergy Liability
Our facility handles dairy, naturally occurring molds, and various fermentation agents. While we maintain strict hygiene protocols, cross-contamination is possible. Students attending our classes do so at their own risk and are responsible for notifying instructors of any severe allergies before the class begins.
